INITIATION FEE: $100
ANNUAL DUES: Determined by the Board of Directors each year
Application for membership is available on this web site. The completed application form should be mailed to the address listed below. Each application will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Upon approval, you will receive a letter indicating the amount due and how you would like your name printed on your name and bag tags.
